Three evidence-based pathways to lasting weight management

Whether your goal is to lose weight, prevent regain, or maintain long-term stability, each pathway combines evidence-based nutrition, behavioural science, and clinical collaboration to help you build sustainable habits for lasting weight-loss and metabolic health.

1. The Lasting Weight-Loss Programme

For anyone ready to stop dieting and start living differently

This is not another diet. It is a guided process that helps you understand your patterns, work through the barriers that have made change difficult before, and build new habits at a pace that feels right for you.

How it works

  • 12-week foundation phase focused on stable eating, movement, and recovery (the minimum period needed to create meaningful change)

  • Personalised nutrition, lifestyle and behaviour strategy matched to your goals and daily life

  • Regular progress reviews and practical guidance to overcome barriers

  • Optional 6-to 12--month consolidation phase to consolidate habits and prevent relapse (recommended for long-term weight stability)

Best for: Adults who want to improve their weight and metabolic health with structured, evidence-based support.

2. GLP-1 Support Programme

For clients using or considering GLP-1 medications

GLP-1 or dual receptor agonists such as semaglutide, or tirzepatide can make weight loss easier, but medication alone is rarely enough to sustain change. Without the right nutrition and activity support, weight loss can come from muscle as well as fat, nutrient intake may fall, and weight regain is common when treatment ends.

This programme helps you use the treatment period to protect muscle and bone, meet daily nutrient needs, and build habits that support long-term weight stability. Find out more about why support matters on GLP-1 agonists.

How it works
Phase 1 – Foundation (first 12 weeks): We focus on balanced, nutrient-dense meals and regular strength-based movement to protect muscle, bone and health while appetite is reduced.
Phase 2 – Consolidation (months 3–12): As weight loss continues, we review progress, refine eating patterns, and focus on relapse-prevention skills. Physical activity is tailored to support muscle retention and metabolic health.
Phase 3 – Transition & maintenance (months 12–24 or sooner if tapered/stopped): When treatment is tapered or stopped, appetite usually increases and weight regain is common without continued support. We work on meal structure, portion regulation, and behavioural strategies to help you sustain results with confidence.

Best for: Clients prescribed or considering GLP-1 receptor agonists within NHS or private medical care who want evidence-based nutrition, lifestyle and behavioural support to preserve muscle and bone, reduce nutrient deficiency risk, and prevent weight regain after treatment.

Note:
Prescribing, dosage decisions, and monitoring of GLP-1 medications remain the responsibility of your doctor. My role is to provide nutrition, lifestyle and behaviour support alongside your medical team.

3. Post-Bariatric Surgery Nutrition and Recovery Programme

For clients following bariatric surgery

Bariatric surgery can be life-changing. It often brings major improvements in health, mobility, and energy. However, the months that follow can be challenging as eating patterns, appetite, and nutrient absorption all shift.

This programme helps you make that adjustment safely. It focuses on protecting strength and bone health, restoring nourishment, and developing the routines that keep weight loss and wellbeing steady for the long term. Find out more about why support matters after bariatric surgery.

How it works

  • Protein-optimised nutrition and micronutrient monitoring to support recovery, preserve muscle, and prevent deficiencies

  • Strength and mobility training plans to protect bone and rebuild physical function

  • Behavioural coaching to restore appetite awareness, manage grazing or loss-of-control eating, and strengthen long-term habits

  • Ongoing follow-up to reduce weight regain risk through evidence-based nutrition and lifestyle support

Best for: Clients after gastric sleeve, bypass, or other bariatric procedures seeking structured recovery and long-term stability.
